I came to the epiphany that most people rue the coming of Monday as the beginning of the week. Me? I like to split my week at the weekends, like book ends, so that I can begin to tune myself for Monday before it gets here. Welcome to the beginning of my week. Today is usually relaxing, but things often get done. Every week is different. The nice part is waking up to a new week without the OMG stress of being hurtled into the work week.
I made it out of the house around 6:00 AM yesterday to go the gym. Success! However, I got back home and crashed. Fail. After I managed to wake up, I spent the day on the road with the hubby while he took calls for work. I think we were out of the house about 13 hours. That was a long day, but I enjoy riding along with him.
Now, I’m not going to the gym today, but we are planning on cutting the lawn. My body is kind of tired from yesterday. I’m think I want to go every day, except on days when I work at 8:00 AM, because I know I won’t get up at 5:00 AM to go. So, I’m looking at going on Monday, Wednesday, Friday this week. Wish me luck and will power. I know I can do it. Once I’m up during the week there won’t be an opportunity to go back to sleep, so I’ll be up continuously. That’s a worthy goal. I’m thinking that I will give myself two weeks of roughly every other day then start going every day except super early days.
Last night I began making daily lists. I want to get a bit more organized. I don’t have everything on the list, but there are 20 items. I just wrote the first 20 things to come to mind, small or large. I figure that I can roll over things that don’t get done if I still feel they’re important. I’ve never really worked from a list before, so I hope it works out.
Wrapping up, I’m going to visit some family. So, I’ll write again soon. It goes on my list! I hope you all have a wonderful day. Oh, and feel free to sign up for my blog if you want to comment, or find me on Facebook like some people already do. Bye!
